Collar Size Guide

Selecting the right size is important! It ensures your collarā€™s antenna will face the sky and receive the strongest GPS signal, making the entire system more accurate.

1. Measure your dogā€™s neck just above their regular collar.

2. Make sure you can fit two fingers under the measuring tape.

3. Select correct size. SMALL for dogs with 10- 14ā€ necks, MEDIUM for 12-18ā€ necks, LARGE 19-26ā€ necks. If your dog is in between sizes, purchase the smaller size.

Customer service is awesome. We have two boxers and our girl Beth likes to sometimes pull on Rip's collar. She put a tooth through the button on Rip's collar and made a hole. I sent it in for repair and fully expected to pay a fee but the repair was covered under warrantee for no charge.
