Like with any wireless system, you must train your dog to SpotOn GPS Fence before trusting them to respect the boundaries, at home or when camping. The system is based on two audio tones; an alert tone at 10 feet from the boundary, and a warning tone at 5 feet from the boundary. Plus, a vibration and optional static correction at the boundary.
