One-on-one setup consultation
Take advantage of a private setup consultation with a SpotOn expert. We’ll cover account setup, creating a fence, adding a home zone, activating tracking, and we’ll answer all your questions. Email support@spotonfence.com to schedule your consultation.
Add a Subscription
Our GPS fences work without a subscription or cell service, but with a subscription, you can see your dog’s location or call them home.
While tracking plans are a good fit for many, it's not a good fit for all. For instance, if you live in an area that is known to have little to no cellular coverage, a tracking plan will not be a good fit. If you have questions about whether or not a tracking plan is a good fit for you, call customer service at 603.488.1504 or email support@spotonfence.com.

GPS collars don’t work without training. Your dog has to learn how they work. That’s why we offer a free, private 30-minute session with a SpotOn-certified dog trainer.
