One-on-one setup consultation

Take advantage of a private setup consultation with a SpotOn expert. We’ll cover account setup, creating a fence, adding a home zone, activating tracking, and we’ll answer all your questions. Email support@spotonfence.com to schedule your consultation.

Add a Subscription

Our GPS fences work without a subscription or cell service, but with a subscription, you can see your dog’s location or call them home.

While tracking plans are a good fit for many, it's not a good fit for all. For instance, it may not be the best fit if you live in an area that is known to have little to no cellular coverage. Take our quiz for a quick recommendation.

Complimentary Training Session

GPS collars don’t work without training. Your dog has to learn how they work. That’s why we offer a free, private 30-minute session with a SpotOn-certified dog trainer.

💡 PRO TIP - Take advantage of the setup session prior to requesting training support. There are some painpoints that may be fixed with our support team, so you can preserve your free training for when it counts.

90-day Return Window

Submit the form below to register for a 90-day courtesy return. This will override Amazon’s standard 30-day return policy and provide you and your dog ample time to ensure SpotOn works for you.
